The app

Remakx lets you keep a reference plate, shoot a remake in Twin Frame, pin textures, log pantry and method, and optionally post a snapshot to Plaza. It is for home cooking, not restaurant listings.

The kitchen on your phone is yours. We may update the app, sample plates, or Plaza layout. We may refuse or remove Plaza posts that break the house rules below.

Plaza house rules

• Post your own remake. Twin Frame should show a real cook, not a stolen plate or an empty counter passed off as dinner.
• Post only appropriate content. No illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or spam posts.
• Do not go after another cook. Talk about the plate.
• Use Report on a snapshot if it breaks these rules. Use Block to keep that kitchen off your feed.

You must agree to these guidelines in the app before Plaza opens. We may remove a post or limit Plaza access if the rules are broken.

Coins

Coin packs are optional consumable purchases through Apple. Prices are shown in the app in your store currency. Coins spend on exports such as a Remake Sheet PDF or an HD Texture Card. Purchases are final except where Apple’s refund rules apply — request those from Apple, not from this inbox.

If coins did not land after Apple shows a successful charge, write to support with the approximate time of purchase. Do not send screenshots of full card numbers.

Common stove snags

• No remake photo. Twin Frame needs the remake side before pins and Save.
• Camera or library denied. iOS Settings → Remakx → Camera / Photos.
• Voice memo silent. Settings → Remakx → Microphone. Recording is not a transcript.
• Tonight reminder quiet. Allow Notifications, then turn Tonight on in Me and pick an hour.
• Plaza is gated. Read Community Guidelines and tap Agree & Continue.

Intellectual property

You keep rights in photos you shoot. By posting to Plaza you let Remakx show that snapshot in the feed and on this cook’s locker. Do not post work you do not have the right to share.
