Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Remakx handles information when you use the iOS app. It is written for cooks, not for a legal maze.
Effective 9 September 2026Remakx is a home-cooking remake app. You keep a reference plate, shoot your remake in Twin Frame, pin textures, and optionally share a snapshot on Plaza. The operator of Remakx (“we”) provides the app and this site.

Most of the kitchen is local. Dishes, remake photos, texture pins, pantry and method notes, week-board slots, saved Plaza posts, block lists, and coin balance after a purchase are stored on the device unless you choose to publish.
We do not require an account. A local kitchen label (for example Creator #A8D3) is generated on the device so Plaza can tell cooks apart.
If you allow Camera, Remakx photographs reference plates and finished remakes for Twin Frame. If you allow Photo Library, you may pick those photos from the library. Exported Remake Sheets and HD Texture Cards may be saved back to the library after you confirm an export.
Photos you do not post stay on the device. We do not upload your camera roll in the background.
If you allow the microphone, Remakx can record a short texture memo on a remake. Recording only — nothing is transcribed, and the file stays with that remake on the device unless you delete it.
If you tap Share snapshot to Plaza, the Twin Frame photos, pins, pantry, method, and the caption you wrote are copied into a public Plaza post. Other cooks on this app can see that post. Saving a post keeps a bookmark on your device. You may delete your own snapshot from Me.
Reports you send (reason and optional note) are stored so we can review a post. Do not put other people’s private details in a report or caption.
If you turn on Tonight reminders, Remakx schedules local alerts on this device for the dish on your week board. Those alerts are not sent through our servers.
Coin packs are consumable in-app purchases handled by Apple. Apple processes the payment. We receive a purchase confirmation so coins can be added on this device. We do not receive your full payment card number.
iOS may ask whether Remakx can use the advertising identifier. You can decline and still use Twin Frame, Plaza, and coins. If you allow it, it may be used to measure or improve features on this app. We do not sell your kitchen log.
Remakx is built for home cooks and is not directed at children under 13. Do not use Plaza to post photos of children.
Me includes a control to clear kitchen data on this device (dishes, remakes, local Plaza copies, and related files). Clearing this device does not automatically remove a snapshot already posted to Plaza; delete that snapshot first if you want it gone.
You can also revoke Camera, Photos, Microphone, and Notifications in iOS Settings.
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Keep using Remakx after a change means you accept the updated policy.
